  • Children and teens learn how to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious dishes on their own. I offer a wide range of recipes that combine both traditional and modern influences. These recipes are designed to bring joy to children while cooking and to foster their creativity.


Practical Skills

  • From chopping vegetables to handling kitchen tools safely – essential techniques are taught in a playful manner. I emphasize teaching children how to move safely in the kitchen and use different cooking techniques confidently, appropriate for their age.


Nutritional Knowledge

  • I teach the basics of healthy eating and the importance of fresh ingredients. Children and teens learn which foods are nutrient-rich and how a balanced diet supports their bodies. With engaging information about vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, theory is made easy to understand and accessible. I show how conscious food choices can promote a healthy lifestyle in the long run.


Teamarbeit
